A dynamic response to the dems is necessary in order to prevent socialized medicine. I have a detailed a plan using tax breaks, designated non-profits (501(c)(3)) and the IRS to insure the uninsured. The non-profits would collect the contributions that can be written off at a higher rate, i.e. for every dollar, 2 dollars in write-offs for the charitable donor. The non-profit would then buy private insurance for the eligible "uninsured" US citizen. Eligibility, as well as oversight for fraud, can be administered by the IRS auditors. Tax breaks plus insuring the uninsured--perfect together!! It prevents socialized medicine and the Feds controlling healthcare in this country. Problem solved.
